Overview

ServeFlow is a worship service scheduling app built for church teams. We believe your data is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data We Collect

What We Do NOT Collect

  • No advertising or cross-app tracking
  • No location data
  • No contacts or phone data
  • No selling of your data
  • No third-party data sharing for marketing

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely by Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Your organization's data is isolated from other organizations using row-level security policies. Team members can only see data within their own organization.

Push Notifications

ServeFlow uses Expo's push notification service to deliver notifications. Your device's push token is used solely to deliver notifications from your worship leader, relayed through Apple's and Google's notification systems. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by contacting us at rezumab.med@gmail.com. Deletion is immediate in-app; email requests are handled within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

ServeFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
